The pedal frame of this device (contrap-yuloh recreational aquatic propulsion) is about finished but i had so much trouble with creating the fins that i bought some mirage drive fins, rudder and "masts". i tried gluing, welding (the most common way to join pvc coated nylon fabric), and solid fins but wasn't happy with any of them or the time it.
